DIY termite sprays may kill a few visible termites, but they won’t stop an active colony — and can actually cause termites to retreat and spread further.
At Gladiator, we conduct detailed termite inspections using moisture meters, thermal imaging, and visual checks. If we detect activity, we design a tailored treatment plan using trusted methods like baiting, dusting, or chemical barriers to eliminate the colony and protect your property long term.

Hollow-sounding timber, bubbling paint, tight-fitting doors or windows, and pencil-thin mud tubes are common clues. You might also see fine, sand-like droppings called frass.

Don’t disturb or spray them it can cause the colony to spread. Close the area, take a photo, and call us. The less they’re disrupted, the easier it is to treat effectively.
