Warranty Overview

Gladiator Pest Solutions Pty Ltd (‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) provides limited warranties on certain pest control treatments to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service and pest management outcomes. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applies only where treatments have been performed in accordance with our service agreement and recommendations.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranties cover reasonable infestations of the treated pest species within the specified period following completion of the service.

General pests (reasonable infestations)

  • Warranty Period: 6 months

  • Coverage Area: As treated

Cockroaches 

  • Warranty Period: 6 months

  • Coverage Area: Internal Only

Webbing spiders 

  • Warranty Period: 3 months

  • Coverage Area: Internal Only

Ants 

  • Warranty Period: 1 month

  • Coverage Area: Internal & external treated areas

Warranty Conditions

  • Treatment Compliance: The customer must follow all post-treatment instructions provided by Gladiator Pest Solutions, including maintaining hygiene, sealing entry points, and avoiding over-cleaning treated areas within 48 hours.

  • Access for Reinspection: The Company must be granted reasonable access to inspect and, if necessary, re-treat affected areas.

  • Environmental & Structural Conditions: Warranty applies only where structural, environmental, and hygiene conditions remain similar to those at the time of treatment.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover infestations arising from new pest introductions, untreated or inaccessible areas, external infestations beyond the perimeter, or environmental factors such as flooding, renovation, or heavy cleaning.

  • Reasonable Infestation Definition: A ‘reasonable infestation’ refers to a limited recurrence of the target pest species within normal environmental and hygiene parameters, not a widespread or structural re-infestation.

  • Service Area Limitations: Warranties apply only to the specific property and areas treated under the original service.

Making a Warranty Claim

  • To make a warranty claim:

    1. Contact Gladiator Pest Solutions within the applicable warranty period.

    2. Provide details of the issue and evidence (e.g. photos, pest activity notes).

    3. A technician will assess the reported activity and, where the warranty applies, arrange a re-treatment at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

  • This warranty is limited to re-treatment of the affected area and does not cover consequential loss, damage, or costs arising from pest activity or environmental causes beyond our control.

Your Statutory Rights

  • This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill, fit for their intended purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time.
